Welcome to ERTHolidays. By booking a tour or engaging our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Itinerary Confirmation

All custom itineraries and package bookings are finalized upon written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp) and receipt of agreed booking advance. Written vouchers with hotel names, driver contacts, and itinerary details are issued prior to travel.

2. Transparent Quotations

Tour prices are provided in the currency selected by the guest (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, or INR). Inclusions (such as private AC vehicles, daily breakfast, certified guides, and boat rides) and exclusions (such as international flights and personal tips) are explicitly detailed in every quotation before confirmation.

3. On-Ground Changes & Force Majeure

While we strive to execute itineraries precisely as scheduled, unexpected occurrences such as road closures, severe weather, or monument holiday closures may require slight routing adjustments. In such cases, our Jaipur management coordinates immediate alternative arrangements of equal or superior standard.

4. Travel Insurance & Passports

International guests are required to carry a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and appropriate Indian visa or e-Visa. Comprehensive international travel and health insurance is strongly recommended.
